Caregiver - Evenings + Nights - Fort Collins, CO
Hiring for Part-time and PRN coverage:

$80/night, 9 PM to 6 AM, 3-5 nights/week (Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun)
9-10:30 PM: Help me get ready for bed. (Approx. 90 min): grooming, bathing, ostomy care, observing/reporting changes in health; transferring between wheelchair and bed with a lift; routine care of urinary drainage devices; light housework.
10:30 PM - 6 AM: GET PAID TO SLEEP. Re-position me in bed at 3 am (takes a few minutes) and go back to sleep. Be on call and able to respond in case of emergency until the 6 AM caregiver arrives.
OPTIONAL: Other shifts during the day.
Option to cover other shifts (e.g., mornings, meals, live-in, etc.).

ABOUT YOU:
You are seeking a part-time, night position. You are responsible and possess the following characteristics:, kind, intelligent, caring, empathetic, compassionate, respectful, and willing to learn/help, calm under pressure and in case of emergency, flexible, mature, emotionally stable, self-sufficient, dependable, clean/organized, and goal/detail oriented, and have a good/positive attitude, good observation and communication skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Available to work overnight (including weekdays, weekends, and holidays). Absences must be infrequent and planned to ensure appropriate coverage can be obtained by the employer.
At least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States.
High school education (or equivalent).
Interested in medical/health-related professions and/or patient care.
Speak and write in English
Live in or near Fort Collins and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a complete drug screen and a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
Available for weekends and over holiday/academic breaks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the health/medical field and/or patient care.
Prior experience is preferred, but not a prerequisite. Will be trained/guided.
Some college education or professional training.
License or training in the medical field (e.g. RN, LPN, CNA, EMT, MA, OT/OTA, etc.)
Also interested in and qualified for other positions and for covering multiple shifts.
