Caregiver – Nights - Fort Collins, CO
This role provides in-home presence from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will sleep on site and be available in the rare event assistance is needed.
Night coverage is my primary need. Other shifts are currently covered. Additional responsibilities may be discussed over time once night coverage is reliable, depending on fit and availability.
Schedule and Compensation
Night shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Compensation: $50 per night (flat-rate sleep shift)
Frequency: Flexible. Applicants may offer availability for one or more shifts per week. Multiple caregivers will be hired to share coverage, and schedules may change over time.
Location: In-home presence in Old Town Fort Collins
Responsibilities
Sleep on site and remain available if assistance is needed
Respond calmly to rare needs such as repositioning or comfort support
Maintain a safe, quiet, and stable environment

Flexibility Over Time
I value continuity and reliability. For caregivers who are consistent and dependable with night coverage, there may be opportunities over time to add occasional evening shifts or expand responsibilities if needs change. This is not guaranteed and depends on mutual availability and fit.
